Pays the groups of producers on the delivery of their products;
Guarantees an "optimal price" that takes minimally into account the costs of raw materials, but also the time of work, the cultural dimension, without taking out any benefit of the commercialization, except a part corresponding to administrative expenses;
Gives advances as a last resort to the members of the groups to purchase the raw material.
